If you are not satisfied with your order from Lexi Noel Beauty, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for an item of equal value.
Return instructions are included in each package. Products must be in an unused or defective condition to be eligible for refund, store credit, or exchange. All returns and exchanges must be sent back in the original packing to:

Lexi Noel Beauty will not cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs for returns or exchanges. No in-store methods are available.

All returns or exchanges must be received at the Lexi Noel Beauty office no more than 10 days after the order reached the customer. Please consider shipping delays when making a return. Returns made outside of this return date are not eligible for refund and will not be refunded. Items sent to Lexi Noel Beauty after the return date might not be returned to the customer.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

All refunds will be made to the order's original method of payment. Refunds to the original method of payment will initiate once the returned product is delivered back to Lexi Noel Beauty. Please allow up to 14 days for a refund to reflect in your personal records.
Customers may receive store credit in place of a refund if requested.

Gift returns are accepted. Gift returns are handled just as a normal return. All the above policies are applicable to gift returns.

Lexi Noel Beauty accepts and delivers orders to the U.S. and all international locations, including Canada. Orders shipped to a U.S. address will receive free standard shipping; however, all international orders will have additional shipping fees and might experience longer shipping times.

All orders are shipped from the U.S. through USPS. Overnight orders may be sent via UPS. Additional fees for overnight shipping will be applied to your order.
